Vases and Planters

Come make a planter or vase for your house. Add that perfect decor touch to your house.
In this workshop you will create your own medium sized vase or planter (you will have 900 grams of clay).
You will learn basic handbuilding and decoration techniques of coil and slab. We will have templates available. You’ll get to chose from a variety underglaze to decorate the last 45 minutes of the workshop.
Then, we do the rest, this includes a few steps. After you leave it with us, we let it dry and then it goes into the kiln. After the fist kiln we put on a glossy transparent glaze and back into the kiln. Did you know the kiln reaches 1000 Celsius and can take 12 hours!.
It will be ready for pick up in around 14 days.

We recommend coming with some ideas/sketches ready. Wear comfortable clothes that can get dirty.
